Thanks DennisI have loved this harbor and boats for 80 years. Thanks again.
I have been enthralled with watching the various videographers footage of the tugs working this winter and seeing the inside is great. Thanks Dennis.
Nice and tidy tug! Does anyone know what the rebar is for athwart the wheelhouse? -RI boatnerdgal
It appears the rebar is maybe reinforcement for the cabin structure.
Probably the rebar was used in rough weather to give the crew something to hang on to. It's an old Navy tug, so probably the crew had to stand.
Where's the coffee pot????? :-D
thank you from Sacramento CAWendy
