SFA51, you're right, and that's how it has always been. Thank God for the poets, the balladeers, the writers who have kept history alive and remind us always of the ordinary people who have been part of extraordinary events. Judy K
The sunny, calm weather in Duluth today was exactly the same conditions when the Fitzgerald was in the Twin Ports on Sunday, November 9, 1975. Too creepy for words. There is a sense that 40 years seems almost yesterday for those living on the North Shore in Minnesota.
