A large fleet of small boats maneuvered outside the Duluth Harbor Wednesday evening to watch a Canadian Forces aerial demonstration team ( The Snowbirds) display a precision flight performance. As soon as the performance ended at 17:20, a strong squall line of rain and high winds rolled into the area causing the small craft to quickly scurry back into the harbor for safe shelter.
