Hon James L Oberstar departed Duluth 03/23/2020



Hon James L Oberstar departed last evening to be the first boat through the Duluth Canal and to open the 2020 shipping season. The Burns Harbor had previously departed the Wisconsin Entry.

    Beautiful night for the first ship down the canal. The bridge is working great. Nice video.
