Boat schedules?
The official boat schedule site that is kept up to date by the Visitor Center staff is harborlookout.com -- duluthboats.com is still around and has lots of good information and history including longer-range and special boat schedules.
So keep both bookmarked for your reference.
Note also that this is a "work in progress" with lots of kinks to work out. timing should get better as time goes on.
Also, I am not the one who operates and manages it, so, I look forward to refinement just like you.

Thanks for the update Dennis. Had noticed Duluthboats seemed to be a little behind. Harbercam has made some very nice additions Can’t wait for your Superior entry cam. If your looking for more projects I’d like to see a camera on CN Duluth or Midwest Energy. Let’s watch em load. Keep up the great work!
ReplyDeleteWe noticed that the old one is poorly maintained lately.
ReplyDeleteThanks! This is great to know.
ReplyDeleteHope all is well with Mr. Newhams--he clearly puts a great amount of work into his site and I've greatly enjoyed and appreciated the information he shares so generously
Ken continues to do a great job for the shipping community.
DeleteA little off topic but I have a question. When I click full screen on the Canal & bridge cams it doesn't fill my whole screen but it does on the Two Harbors cams. Just wondering why and if I may be doing something wrong. Love all the work you do Dennis and greatly appreciate the effort!
ReplyDeleteJeff, some cams have different resolutions then others. The Canal Cam and Bridge cam are at a lower resolution then the others, primarily because of a slower interconnection there.
DeleteThank you for the information
ReplyDeleteWell, apparently Kenneth is ok. Maybe cutting back. Wonder if he still puts out and hand delivers his daily paper.
ReplyDeleteI like this HarbourLookout. It takes a minute to figure out the layout and design. But the interactivity is nice.
ReplyDeleteI do not like the Harbor Lookout, more confusing and it doesn't seem to be updated as often as duluthboats.com used to be - also doesn't indicate what boats are loading at Two Harbors (and Silver Bay) - I've been getting that info just from the marine traffic lake map at the bottom of this duluthharborcam page, HarborLookout lake map doesn't show as much - too bad they deleted locations other than Duluth and Superior from duluthboats.com. Maybe that's all part of the kinks that need to be worked out. Grammie Pat, West St. Paul, MN
