It always amazes me how those large boats manage such tight turns in such small spaces.
US and Canadian Captains are the best ship-handlers in the world. They continually face tight quarters in the Great Lakes and Seaway systems. Also helps to have bow thrusters and those that have stern thrusters. And a steady, confident wheelsman!
