Gales of November in progress!

10:00AM - Worst driving in a long time. I tried to get down to Canal Park, but, after sliding in my car sideways down 6th Ave W, I turned and went back home for awhile. Try again later.

08:00AM - major winter storm is rolling through the area with 50MPH winds, heavy snow above the hill and huge waves on Lake Superior.  We can expect possible camera outages this morning. All boats have taken shelter and will resume movement later today.

  2. It was an enjoyable morning watching the waves from the warmth of my living room. Thanks for the hard work & effort that goes into keeping the cameras going.

  10. My nerves were getting frayed watching the video. I can’t imagine having to spend hours in that in a ship. So glad they stay in port now. Casna

  13. And I was going to complain because it's only 53 degrees here in MS today. I guess the wife and I will stick to visiting in July-August each summer.
