Two Harbors cams are ready to be installed, however, the weather just hasn't been good enough to crawl around on roof and mess around with wiring.
Just waiting for some good weather days so the installation can be done safely by the technician team.
Hoping for a May 15th startup.
Thanks for your understanding!
Thanks for the update Dennis. These will be a wonderful addition for viewing. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteDennis....we can wait. Just the fact your doing this speaks volumes to people that can't get to Duluth to watch the boats in person. Thank you for what you do.
ReplyDeleteFantastic, hope we can see boats approach so we can get down to the harbor to watch!
ReplyDeleteIt would be cool for someone to document the installation with a few pics. Looking forward to more lakers that we don't see as often.
ReplyDeleteSure, I will take a few pics once they are up.
ReplyDeleteDen
Sounds like a great plan. I'm looking forward to seeing the view.
ReplyDeleteNo rush. From the looks of it, you can't catch a break between the wind and the rain.
ReplyDeleteWhat views will we be seeing: harbor, the other inlet into the harbor?
ReplyDeleteOne camera will be mounted on a light pole near the boat launch looking between the breakwater light and end of the ore docks while the other will be mounted on the roof of the Depot looking at the historic lighthouse and the inner harbor.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing them!!
ReplyDeletePut that weather system on a laker and ship it down to Lake Erie and put it on a train for SE Ohio. I don't like having 88d in April. Casna
ReplyDeleteHi, I am looking forward too. Just write me when the cam will be alive and I will put it on my website WorldCams.live
ReplyDeleteOutstanding Dennis! thank you for all your hard work and feeding us boat food.
