The ice conditions on the eastern end of Lake Superior are proving to be a challenge. With eight boats and four cutters slowing working their way through the ice field, it will take a few more day to clean things up.
Since to ice was pushed in by high west winds, the crushed ice piles are some of the most difficult to get through. Hopefully, strong east winds this week will help loosen is up a bit.
Okay I admit I'm dumb. :) I have been clicking on the thumbnail cams. looking for the full screen on the pier B cam. All I needed to do was click the link on the LIST rather than the thumbnails. Some times it takes me a while for the brain to load properly.
