Split Rock Lighthouse - The Jewel of Lake Superior

I often visit Split Rock Lighthouse and never get tired of it's sheer beauty.
Sitting on top of a 130 foot cliff, the lighthouse has stood sentinel over Lake Superior's North Shore for over 100 years.
Hang onto your hat as you step out on the ledge of the lantern room for a dramatic 360 degree view of the big lake.

  1. FANTASTIC view, Dennis! Several July's ago, I was finally able to take my family back to Northern Minnesota to show off that beautiful area that I had loved so much as a child - only to find Duluth, the North Shore Drive & Split Rock Lighthouse completely immersed in dense rain & fog. Now, thanks to this beautiful video, they'll get even a better view than I could have ever possibly presented to them... Thanks!
