With winds in the 50-60MPH range on the anniversary of sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald on Lake Superior in 1975, the waves were a good reminder of how fierce storms can be on the big lake.

The Big Boys are Taking Shelter from the Gales on Lake Superior
With gale brewing up on Lake Superior, boats are taking shelter where they can find it.
