El Galeon Andalucia arrived Duluth at 22:00 Wednesday for the Tall Ships Festival

The boats entered the Duluth Shipping Canal at 13:00 on Thursday in three separate waves to allow the Aerial Lift Bridge to lower for a few minutes between to relieve traffic congestion.
