Pure Air from the Arctic for sale -- cheap!

We happen to have a new shipment of fresh clean pure arctic air that just arrived this morning. My wood pile is going down fast.

This is a reading from my home weather station, 10 miles north of Duluth. If you live south, we'll be sending it your way soon!

  1. That's pretty impressive! I've been wanting to experience that type of cold and see the sea smoke for myself and by golly we have to head up to Duluth today for an overnight stay for an appointment tomorrow. Can't wait

  4. Hi Den, Curious about your home weather station. If you don't mind my asking... what brand is it? Where did you purchase it?
    Thx!

    1. My weather station is an Acurite 5 in 1. It is the same type that I installed down at the canal. The station ties into Weather Underground if you want to share with the public and see it remotely.
I really like it for about $150 on Amazon.

  5. It is going to be 6 below here with wind chills 25 to 35 below zero. That is is the freshest though. I try to breath it in while it lasts.

  7. Hmmmmm.... it was 74 in Southern California: I wore shorts & a t-shirt, did an incredible mountain bike ride, took a beautiful walk with my wife and family... and watched some trains. I'm kinda thinking I'll pass on the offer for some of that Pure Arctic Air. But... Thanks anyways! :-) Dave

  9. The cam shots are beautiful! About the air? Ummm it's headed to South Carolina tonight. Should have put in my cancellation order sooner. I'll just take half of the fresh air if you don't mind. Thanks a bunch tho; maybe our bugs will die off this year. :) "Di."

  11. It has arrived in Central Illinois. -17 degrees with a wind chill of -38. Unseasonably cold! Weatherman predicting highs in the upper 40's to low 50's by the weekend. Unseasonably warm! Our bodies will be so confused.

  12. How is your weather station calculating a windchill of -40 when it's not registering any wind?
