The Stewart J Cort entered the Duluth-Superior Harbor this evening through the Superior Entry to pick up a load of Taconite at the BN Docks in Superior.

  2. Kevin,

Not a bad idea! But, no, I took my RC coptercam over to the Superior Entry this evening and flew it out to take this picture.

  3. Great picture of a very pretty boat.

(1 more vote for a camera at the Superior Entry.)

  4. Oh, if I'd have looked closer, I would have seen that.

Yes, a Superior entry cam would be great!

    :hint hint:

  5. This is a great photo. This "sometimes forgotten" tourist spot could use a webcam as there is more traffic there some days than Duluth has.

  6. I would be willing to install and operate a Superior Entry webcam if I could get a sponsor for the initial $3000 setup.

  7. >the initial $3000 setup.

Ouch. That explains why there isn't a camera yet. I had no idea it would be that expensive.

(Who would be willing to chip in, but cannot sponsor.)

  8. 100 people chipping in $30 would do it, or 200 chipping in $15...etc...

I don't know how many would be willing.

  9. Many would chip in, I bet. I watch from Grand Haven, MI. Great site you have!

  10. I LOVE the Superior entry and would be willing to donate up to $30 if it would help! Wisconsin Point holds very special memories with my now deceased son. I go there yearly on the anniversary of his death and find a great deal of peace.

  11. I would love to put a camera here also, but, so far, the Corps of Engineers has not been real cooperative.
